This is why you became an outpatient Physical Therapist. It gives you, the clinician, time to get to know your patient and time to work with them to address their physical challenges and psychological strain. This is not just a slogan - our model is fewer patients, more quality time. This connection leads to the best patient outcomes in the industry. Our mission is to enhance the patient-therapist connection. I also learned - more.Overview: Hi, we're ATI Physical Therapy. I learned how to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers alike. However, despite all of this, I learned quite a bit over my six years with the company. The company also had a pretty interesting way of stereotyping customers, putting them into brackets in order to train sales team members how to best sell products to them. Having worked at two different Bestbuys in Northern California over 100 miles away, it was strange how these problems with management were consistent. well, things were not as nice as they could be. The other issue with management was nepotism, or favoritism. This is made especially frustrating when they do not assist on the sales floor because they are busy in the office, basically criticizing without knowing the situation. first off, they are always quick to criticize about a customer interaction, or the lack of hitting the budget that day. The hardest part of the job is listening to grown adults throw tantrums because they couldn't get the product they wanted. The most enjoyable part of the job is the camaraderie among co-workers. If you are just looking to work, it can be tough to move forward or to get good compensation. If you live, breathe and think about Bestbuy all of the time, you can make a place for yourself there. Talking to customers all day in non commissioned sales, the pay isn't great until you make friends with management and "drink" the kool aid. Working at Bestbuy is the perfect transition job for just graduated high school students.
